Hitecsa - Hitecsa in the air-conditioning renovation of Madrid Barajas Airport

Hitecsa Cool Air has been awarded to renovate the air-conditioning equipment of Terminals T1, T2 and T3 of Madrid Barajas Airport.

With the clear aim of improving energy consumption and increasing confort, Madrid Barajas Airport has relied on Hitecsa to replace their old R-22 equipment with Hitecsa MOSAIC air-air autonomous units, series ACHIBA and ACVIBA, with Inverter technology and ozone-friendly refrigerant R410A.

Hitecsa has supplied four compact horizontal autonomous units: three ACHIBA 741  and one ACHIBA 901. On top of that, a compact vertical autonomous unit ACVIBA 601 and one heat recovery unit RCAH 20.

The Hitecsa autonomous Inverter units are the ideal solution to be installed inside the building. They allow energy saving without compromising neither performance nor benefits, thanks to their outstanding characteristics, such as: maximum level of confort and energy saving, high efficiency and great flexibility of installation at the service of the equipment renovation, low sound level and great possibilities of adaptation to the arquitecture needs.
